Intercultural Office Graduate Assistant, August 2014 - May 2016

• Piloted the graduate assistant position for the Intercultural Office and developed structure for this role while learning best practices in international education

• Effectively advised students regarding off-campus and study abroad programs

• Coordinated logistics for the implementation of a new off-campus study experiential learning initiative, and developed supporting materials and resources for students, staff, and faculty members

• Assisted in the proposal and development of new programs in peer mentoring and re-entry support for students returning to campus after studying abroad
